3.Customer service for our customers from all over the world
4.Coordinate with both our customer and our factory
5.Coordinate with Engineer dept. to set up customer default & product development.
6. Communicating with customers by email and phone
7.Following up orders placed by head office and other customers
8.Responding to the inquiry of new materials and new products
9.Following up the inquire with sourcing department.
10.Following up shipment for 3rd party fabric.
11.Directing production planning to confirm the requirements and priorities.
12.Approving a/w before any printing.
13.Approving production samples
14.Quality checking goods (file copies), service and deliveries
15.Bill of material form process before shipping
16.Handling customer feedback and complaints
Competency Requirement职位要求
² Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications,
² 2 years’ experience in CS field
² Knowledge on Customer Service working procedure.
² Basic knowledge on Foreign trade terms
² Basic knowledge of textile is preferable.
² Excellent at English: speaking, writing & reading
² Microsoft office, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
² Patient, careful, responsible, honest, good temper, open minded, hands on mentality.
