Sales Manager (Telecom/RF Equipment)
Our client is a European company that is one of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe. The company has strong R&D set up in Europe and China, and currently they are expanding sales operations in China. We are looking for an experienced sales manager who will join the global sales team, and set up the sales strategy in China.
Work Tasks/Responsibilities
The position Sales Manager, China
Primary tasks include
 Responsibility for building up and maintain the reseller business network within the area/territory.
 Co-organize country meetings and exhibition participations as the event and Reseller events locally in the area/territory as well as nationally when needed.
 Organize country meetings and exhibition participations.
 Set up the sales strategy in China
 Sales and budget targets responsibility for the assigned resellers and area/territory in China
 In time gradually take part of building up the sales organization in China.
 Responsibility for supporting contract business in cooperation with the local Resellers.
 Responsibility for managing reseller business together with the sales organization.
 The position includes extensive travelling.
Primary goals for the first year include
 Introduce and establish new product awareness in the market.Together with the global sales team and team fulfil the sales goals
 Build up and maintain a reseller network within the area/territory assigned.
 Establish and grow a strong company presence in the area/territory as well as in the whole Chinese market.
