Role and Responsibility
?Lead both in-house and outsourcing team to achieve customer satisfaction;
?Own order evaluation process to define quality standard to avoid over quality, identify customer requirement by quantified standard, pre-establish control plan for important/difficult orders;
?Lead multi platform programs with the whole parties to establish control plan and monitor implementation;
?Handle customer feedback no matter positive or negative, like customer complaint handling;
?Set up and implement CQE analysis and reporting system to define quality KPI for difference business lines as well as functions;
?Lead process optimization and integration in different business lines.


Qualifications
?Bachelor degree or above in printing related majors;
?Familiar with printing industry, it will be great to be familiar with large foreign publishers;
?; 5 years experience in printing quality management;
?Great business sense;
?Good command of negotiation and communication skills;
?Fluent in both written and spoken English;
?Hands on problem analysis, problem solving as well as quality tools application ability.
