To transfer customers’ needs into technical solutions,
Continuously strive to improve product design process
To define the testing requirements of new products and liaise with testing to ensure the tester meet the outlined requirements
To define and perform verification and validation of the design to ensure the desired product quality has been integrated in the design
Provide data or information to create production and parts documentation for release
Provide training for product support team for new and existing products

Requirement:
·Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4).
·At least 2 years working experience in an English speaking foreign company.
·Bachelor in Electronics or electrical related discipline and 2 years design experience LED chips/modules or a similar technical environment, advanced know how in lighting industry.
·Intermediate skills in analogue and digital electronics design
·Intermediate Electronic Component knowledge
·Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel, Basic ERP knowledge.
·Basic knowledge of optical design
·具备良好的英文读写和口头沟通能力 （CET4级）.
·最少2年在以英文为工作语言的外资公司的工作经验。
·有电子类或者相关学士学位, 具有LED芯片和模组或者类似产品2年的设计经验，对照明具有深入的理解和知识
·具备一般的模拟数字电路
·具备一般的电子元器件知识
·具备基本的WORD, EXCEL，ERP知识
·具备基本的光学设计知识
