- Responsible for designing, maintaining and updating in-store and window displays in retail stores.
- Cooperate and liaise with other departments, such as Product Design Dept., Interior Design Dept., Marketing Dept. and retail shop managers in VM design and execution.
- Execute VM strategy for seasonal updates, promotional activities and new store openings.
- Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines at corporate level.
- Assist in training of sales staff on brand’s visual standards and product presentation based on guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Have passion for life, care about the environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above with major in Interior Design or related disciplines,
- 4+ years of working experience with good understanding of retail branding design and VM strategy;
- Good sense of category management with proven cases of establishing and executing VM guidelines.
- Familiar with computer-aided design and production process, be commercially aware, with good sense of cost control.
- A high level of attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines.
- High aesthetic standard, sensitive to color.
- A passionate, curious, and creative thinker.
- Willing to change, to move and to take challenge.
- Willing to travel.
- Fluent in English.
