Job description
 Project Management of assigned projects.
 Act as the single point of contact for nominated interaction between IBM and the Client and/or other vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers).
 Act as Primary Contact for the project and perform the required Management activities in compliance with agreed standards and processes. These activities include estimating, tracking of financial status, and IBM and Client reporting of the project.
 Agree on requirements, deliverables, target dates, cost and 3rd party dependencies.
 Change Management of Client requirements/scope for the project.
 Manage impact of changes to the project and Priorities on the delivery organization
 Reporting & Tracking of project progress.
 Facilitation and coordination of timely delivery of all project components, work products and deliverables
 Work with Delivery Teams to obtain any release schedule data required to assist in the scheduling and management of the project
 Escalation of project related RAID (Risk Action Issue Dependency) items where appropriate to IBM Management, Client, delivery hierarchy and 3rd parties
 Responsible in Managed Service project delivery management.
 Lead data center, SSO, Security, Network, Asset and other internal competency team to deliver high quality service to customer.
 Deliver weekly, monthly and annual management report to customer and hold regular communication meeting with customer.
 Manage customer relationship and customer requirement to deliver excellence.

Requirements:
-- Above 13 years of working experience, mainly in IT industry
– Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
– Demonstrated project management skills in a complex environment
– Excellent inter personal skills, experienced in customer communication and customer relation management.
– Preferred Degree/Diplomas would include Information Technology; Engineering or Science
– Preferably have knowledge of IT management process, eg, problem, change, incident management process.
– Have common sense on production problem determination process.
– Preferably have experience on IT management outsourcing project management.
– Team leadership, experienced in people management or project management
-- Fluent in English, Mandarin (native), Cantonese(Plus).

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in project management in IT industry wiith AMS Delivery Experience
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent

Preferred
Certified in PMI
