?Act as the voice of Intertek when talking to the Key Account (KA) and the voice of the Key Account within Intertek
?Coordinate all KA business as needed across the Asia region with a focus on China
?Coordinate and liaise between local client sourcing offices in China (and possibly HK in cooperation with HK colleagues), Global Key Account Manager teams in buying countries, as well as some relationship with the global buying office(s)
?Maintain a positive and productive business relationship with assigned KAs by facilitating day-to-day operations, securing current business, resolving problems, avoiding claim situations or loss of work, maximizing work opportunities, and identifying and helping to pursue new business opportunities within the KA
?In conjunction with the business strategy and the global KA strategy (if any), develop strategy at KA level and translate into pragmatic action plans and execute
?Provide the initial regional point of contact to the KA, facilitate effective coordination of job orders, enquiries and technical exchanges between various Intertek offices, business lines, and personnel involved in the operational execution
?Plan and coordinate KA activities to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved and/or exceeded within prescribed time frames
?Establish and monitor performance against key performance indicators, service level agreement requirements, if applicable, and financial targets
?Mobilize appropriate resources to support smooth operations
?Monitor all communications to the KA, including updates, reports and invoicing to ensure compliance with KA requirements (timeliness, correctness, responsiveness)
?Ensure prompt resolution of service delivery issues or matters of customer concern through close coordination between the KA and executing branches
?Avoid claim situations and mitigate any legal measures against Intertek
?Investigate new opportunities with the KA across all Intertek business lines and services
?Maximize existing revenue potential, where profitable, by networking with decision-makers and influencers within KA
?Attend regular meetings at the KA for marketing purposes, business development, technical governance, performance reviews, resolution of conflicts, delivery of invoices and reports
?Continuously monitor revenue trends to determine areas of weakness and take appropriate actions
?Within the scope of the KA, review and modify policies and procedures as appropriate
?Work closely with other international teams to foster a cooperative internal environment and to share and promote best practices within Intertek
?Monitor customer satisfaction and react as necessary
?Provide continuous education, information, technical assistance and back-up to Intertek offices involved in KA activities
?Be abreast of external market developments, relevant legislation, competitor activity (in general and especially in relation to the KA), to ensure Intertek remains the service provider of choice
?Regularly follow up on outstanding invoices and monitor DSO
?Regularly report to Management, Global KA Manager (if any) or any other relevant team on KA status and issues
?Maintain knowledge of Intertek Group network and services
?Actively promote the image, capability, and integrity of Intertek to the KA
?At all times, adopt safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of Intertek employees and clients, in line with Intertek policies and procedures
At all times comply with Intertek Code of Ethics and maintain professional and ethical conduct
岗位要求:
?Degree in Business Management and/or Engineering in a related technical field
?Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a related field preferred
?Experience preferred in Retail or Manufacturing QA, or from a QA service provider (SGS, ITS, BV, TUV, UL, etc.)
?Native fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (both preferred), high level of written and spoken English (experience abroad preferred), and excellent communicator
