[What You Will Do]
At AI, marketing is strategic to our growth. If you’re a digital marketing rockstar, a PR guru, or think you have what it takes to bring innovation to a traditional market, join the team and unleash your creativity!

You will report to our Marketing Director, and be based in Shenzhen/Hong Kong depending on your choice. As a key player on the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving global marketing efforts with the objective of growing brand awareness and new client acquisition.

[Your Responsibilities]
- Develop and execute the AsiaInspection marketing strategy and new customer acquisition campaigns, with a focus on key countries and markets.
- Seek, identify and propose additional marketing opportunities.
- Manage campaigns which span AI marketing websites, paid and organic search, social media, branding, print ads, PR and content marketing. This includes a blend of driving projects internally and managing agency partners.
- Maintain responsibility for creating and driving web projects across 17 domains.
- Participate in defining a global event strategy.
- Define and position the AI message.
- Work with translators to localize content for use across all media: web, social, white papers, interviews and print.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This includes digesting and understanding quantitative and qualitative data and succinctly communicating results.

[The Skills We’re Looking For]
The qualified candidate will have the proven ability to strategically identify and analyze key marketing opportunities and to execute campaigns effectively in global markets to achieve quarterly and annual goals.

- Native English speaker with excellent communication and copywriting skills; additional language(s) a huge plus but not required.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns and ability to demonstrate prior success. Preference given to candidates with B2B experience.
- Ability to not only develop a marketing strategy, but to execute it also.
- Well-versed in e-marketing and web technologies.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Strong time management and project prioritization skills.
