Position: Foreign headmaster

Responsibilities:
1.organize & coordinate the research, update, revision of courses
2.build &manage the foreign teacher groups, propose useful suggestions

Requirements :
1.appreciate our corporate culture, honest ,enterprising, and responsible
2.Love the teaching career, 5 years or above experience of teaching &management. Be familiar with exams like IELTS, TOEFL ,SAT and their training systems.
Has profound understanding of Sino-western teaching, has the experience of training teachers
3.Be capable of handling lesson plans and the teaching &research, the monitoring the teaching quality, the selecting &training of teachers
4.Overseas education background or international education projects experiences are preferred
5.Good communication, presentation and leadership, enterprising and innovative

Note : candidates who have the nationality of Canada, USA are preferred
