Job Responsibilities:
1. As the main contact for customer,to deal with any basic inquiries and requests about the products and services whenever before sales or after sales
2. Involving optimize and improve SOP and standard communicated wording
3. Record customer service related information,and do analysis to improve the service level,including but not limited:
a. Issues solving lead time
b. The accuracy of information provided
c. Customer satisfaction
4. Any urgent requests or claim,assist the tier 2 specialists, including but not limited:
a. Identify tier 2 cases
b. Escalate to tier 2 specialists
c. Provide any necessary assistance to tier 2
5. Make sure all KPIs could meet the target, and continuously to maintain and improve
6. Any emergent cases designated by upper management team

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
- Language: native English speaker
- Working experience: 1 year job-related work experience preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Others:
a. strong communication skill
b. team work spirit
