We are currently seeking Chinese staff who can take on the roles below:

? English Teaching Assistant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ?
- Welcome customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Provide information on all offered courses to parents.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Communicate any outstanding parent concerns to management and follow-up.
- Respond appropriately to parent complaints.
- Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned including front desk, sales, observing classes, etc.
- Follow-up on customer leads to schedule demonstration classes.
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties.
- Follow-up on all levels of customer interaction up to and after scheduling of demonstration classes.
- Assist in closing sales (customer contract sign-up).
- Follow-up on customer satisfaction and service issues.
- Assist in planning, delivery, and execution of marketing activities and events.
- Conduct marketing surveys and research.
- Thoroughly learn the company's teaching, lesson plan, and curriculum development and delivery philosophies.
- Participate in foreign teacher classroom assistance to better understand the company's service
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- College or University diploma or equivalent,
- One year customer service experience preferred,
- Fluent (written and spoken) English and Mandarin,
- Professional demeanor and appearance,
- Positive attitude,
- Confident speaker,
- Energetic and enthusiastic,
- Problem solver,
- Quick learner,
- Must like customer service,

- Excellent phone and people skills,

The job requires work on weekends and holidays. Any time off will be on weekdays.
