Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of administration support, such as hotel bookings & travel arrangements etc.
Assist in other ad-hoc duties and assignments, such as company activities coordination
Support HR functions, such as set up interviews, post hiring ads
Data entry, updating reports and filing documents
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in business discipline, with at least 1 yr working experience, preferred in foreign owned companies where English is the working language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff
Effective in planning, organizing and communicating
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Able to work independently, self-monitoring and reliable
Strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude
Proficient in computer applications and common software
