In the AI Finance department, you will be exposed to international customers and strong IT processes; seize the opportunity to make a difference with your expertise, reliability and sense of personal accountability!
[Your Responsibilities]
- Manage the annual budgeting process. Ensure that all functional departments participate in and are responsible for their respective budgetary commitments.
- Provide budget vs. actual analysis report on a monthly basis
- Provide rolling forecast on needed basis
- Deliver any analytical report requested by Management and Function Head/Budget Owner
- Preparation of presentation slides for all related management meeting
- Assure the month-end closing of all companies of the group with no unexpected surprises
- Assist in the financial analysis of commercial projects
- Backup for other team members and handle ad hoc affairs
[The Skills We're Looking For]
- Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years in Finance & Accounting area, 3+ years of FP&A position preferably with foreign enterprises
- On-hand experience of full-set accounts
- Excel expert
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Be a Good team player, have pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Integrity, responsible, self-motivated and detail oriented
