u Students：most of the students are kids(over 6 years) and teenagers 、adults
1）planning to study or travel abroad
2）focusing on communicate abilities, eager to improve oral English
3）preparing for IIELTS,TOFEL and other exams
4）having no time for off-line English training
u Working time : Monday-Friday 7:00-10:00pm ; Saturday and Sunday 9:00-22:00(schedule might change during summer and winter vacation) (Teachers can choose the spare time to work)
u Duration of a class :half an hour
u Location: home
u Tool: Internet , microphone, camera , Skype , QQ
u Salary: be paid by each teaching hour
u Mindset : we focus on our book materials, avoiding meaningless free talking, we mainly use pictures ,TPR, communicative approach ,socializing application to elicit students to express their opinions and identify things.
