Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. 5+ years painting field work experience;
3. Good knowledge of pretreatment, be able to analyze the failure/corrosion root cause;
4. Have ED coating experience, can align the ED coating process with the parts mechanical design to avoid structure defect after ED coating;
5. Have experience of static electrical painting, both powder coating and wet painting;
6. Knowing the analysis method of different failure type and can find the root cause;
7. Painting hanger design experience;
8. Continuous improvement mindset;
9. Good at Microsoft word, excel and PPT edit;
10. Oral English should be good to make telephone meeting with foreigner colleagues.
