Our client is a European based manufacturer in the cable and connector industry. With close partnership with the top Electroncis Brand Companies, their business is development positively in China. Due to the business needs, they are seeking for a NPI Manager to lead their Project Managers department in Shenzhen.
Report to the Plant General Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are to lead the New Product Introduction and/or Inter-Company Transfer, manage the cross function team to make sure product launched in the rapid pace development environment. This position will be directly interfacing with the customer, coordinating internal functional departments and top managements to complete the project within timelines.
To excel this role, you will be a degree holder with major in Manufacturing or relatives. You should have at least 10 years working experience in manufacturing field - consumer electronics industry will be preferred, with more than 5 years in project management. You will be someone who works as the department manager and has the experience of dealing with customer as the main contact window. As this position will be work with both local Chinese and Expats, speaking fluent Chinese and English is required.
