To render quality credit serve to corporate/individual facility customers i.e to prepare and ensure completeness of related loan documents and security documents as well as relevant return & reporting in compliance with relevant bank policy /guidelines/regulations.
To follow up with customer for relevant facility/loan documents and handle relevant customer enquiry.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor Degree, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, good written and spoken English;
Master PC skills, especially familiar with Microsoft office software;
Self-motivated with attitude of “would like to learn” and strong sense of responsibilities;
Customer service mindset and teamwork player;
Hard working, patient and flexible;
Detail-Oriented and good comprehension.
