Allwinner Technology, a designer of high-performance chipsets used in everything from tablet PCs, to Android set-top boxes, to WiFi cameras, to Wifi speakers, is looking for an assistant in our growing business development group. The business development function works along with marketing, sales, product management, and engineering to create new opportunities for customers. Compared to working at a factory or a device brand, working at Allwinner allows you to see the world of electronics through the lens of a chipset company. You’ll better understand: how products are designed, the importance of a close kit between hardware and software, what defines a quality supply chain, and who the main players in the industry are.

Skills Required
-Fluent or Native English
-High quality English writing ability
-Male or Female both OK
-Candidates with 3-4 years of experience preferred, electronics background is a plus
-Degree in business-related field like marketing, communications, economics, finance preferred but not necessary. Liberal arts backgrounds also a plus.
-Moderate Chinese ability preferred, the better you are the more it will help your work, but not mandatory
-Can be based in either Shenzhen or Zhuhai. Quality of life is higher and cost of living is lower in Zhuhai. Can help successful candidates find housing as needed.
-Willing to travel worldwide, back and forth from Shenzhen to Zhuhai as needed.
Job Responsibilities
-Write marketing content for company products
-Accompany sales team on customer visits in Shenzhen, provide follow up support
-Serve as a product tester for various business units’ beta products, report to product management teams
-Edit English marketing copy as needed from colleagues
-Attend domestic China and overseas product exhibitions as needed
-Assist engineering teams with managing and follow up of overseas technical relationships
