Main Purpose of Position:
The fundamental purpose for this position is to work as a team member with the Regional Sales Manager to grow sales and build distributor relationships. This position will be the front-line contact between the company and the customer. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Job Duties:
1. Follow-up on customer quotations, perform basic relationship building on a daily basis.
2. Provide basic information to support to make sales strategy, participates in strategy making activity;
3. Assist the Regional Sales Mamager in the planning, forecasting and management of the sales territory.
4. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
5. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis;
经验、技能及教育要求:
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
1. Communication, sales, and customer service skills. (English)
2. Excel spreadsheet/PC/Email basic functions.
3. Common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services.
4. Make consistently good scheduling decisions about visiting customers throughout the territory. Make efficient use of time and resources.
Required Experience:
Two years of sales or customer service experience.
