| We are an American company and 3rd-party quality control services provider based...We are an American company and 3rd-party quality control services provider based in Shenzhen, China. We are looking for a qualified Technical Associate who has extensive experience in 3rd-party quality controls.
Candidates are required to have:
1. Two to four year college/university degree;
2. At least 3 years of related experience;
3. Positive attitude with a high regard for integrity and responsibility;
4. Strong knowledge of product inspection, testing, and defect shooting;
5. Strong knowledge of related EU/US product standards and regulations for various consumer and/or commercial products; capable of developing inspection and testing procedures and QC checklists;
6. Excellent ability of written and spoken English, especially for the English international regulations/standards;
7. Strong computer skills, able to work in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related computer programs.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Creating, researching and testing for product standards;
2. Creation and technical consultation for all inspection criteria, checklists, datasheets and related documentation;
3. Maintenance, Growth, and Improvement of InTouch QA Standards database;
4. Creation and Maintenance of inspection, testing and various other templates for use internally. Reviewing and editing of the inspection reports submitted by the field inspectors;
5. Managing lab testing operations (via 3rd party labs) for a variety of clients/products. Management of Lab and other Technical-related suppliers;
6. Technical training of the inspectors and other staff in the organization.
