We are looking for a qualified Quality Technical Manager who has extensive experience in 3rd-party quality control.
Candidates are required to have:
1. 2-4 year college/university degree;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in a highly related position such as:
a. Product Testing Lab Technician, Protocol Writer, etc.
b. Quality Manager/Quality Engineer
c. Experience in Household Appliances, Soft line Products (garments, etc.) or Mechanical Engineering Products is an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of product inspection, testing, and defect shooting;
4. Strong knowledge of related EU/US product standards and regulations for various consumer and/or commercial products; capable of developing inspection and testing procedures and QC checklists;
5. Positive attitude with a high regard for integrity and responsibility;
6. High self-confidence, outstanding character and personality, and excellent Leadership and Communication Skills to lead a technical team with 4-6 team members.
7. Excellent ability of written and spoken English, especially for the English international regulations/standards;
8. Strong computer skills, able to work in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related computer programs.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing the team to take on the team’s responsibilities and achieve the team’s goals;
2. Creating, researching and testing for product standards;
3. Creation and technical consultation for all inspection criteria, checklists, datasheets and related documentation;
4. Maintenance, Growth, and Improvement of InTouch QA Standards database;
5. Creation and Maintenance of inspection, testing and various other templates for use internally. Reviewing and editing of the inspection reports submitted by the field inspectors;
6. Managing lab testing operations (via 3rd party labs) for a variety of clients/products. Management of Lab and other Technical related suppliers;
7. Technical training to the inspectors and other staff in the organization.
