He/She will be based in an office in Shenzhen developing new and working on existing products.
Skills required:
Engineering degree from a top University in China or relevant.
Good knowledge of product development and innovation
Previous experience in the ecigarette business
Fluent in Mandarin and preferably good in English.Preferably to be Chinese national.
Very Creative
Passionate about its job and the development of new products
Using its own initiative to research and keep a close look with what products are on or coming to the market
Knowledge of CAD programing preferable or equivalent product design software
Working to deadlines and budgets
Knowledge of project planning ( optional)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible in working on various sides in Shenzhen
Being able to work in a team or from home alone whenever required
Self-motivated if no instructions are provided for new ideas
