Our primary markets are currently France and the UK. We sell on our own websites as well as 3rd party platforms.
The short and middle term objective is to increase our range of products and the business substantially.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following:
Handle general customer enquiries and complaints both in French and English
Answer emails
Helping customers by resolving any post-sales issues
Answer pre-sales questions and prepare quotes for customers
Manage order processing and day to day online retail operations
Learn technical products to provide technical support
Requirements:
Fluent French and fluent English
Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player, self-motivated, proactive and out-going
Immediately available preferred
Able to work independently, autonomously & multi-tasking
Fresh graduates will also be considered
