Major Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing shipping instruction as the main duty

• Ensure accurate and on time processing of all data entry and issuance of documents.

• Perform a variety of tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the clients.

• Receive and respond to overseas inquiries.

• Prepare daily summary report and airfreight invoices.

• Handle daily communications with overseas for all operations and profit sharing issues.

• Coordinate with warehouse for unloading and deconsolidation instructions.
•


Basic Requirements:

• Computer knowledge in MS Word/Excel.

• Positive personality, hard-working and able to work under pressure.

• Experienced with air consolidation work arrangement.

• Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin.

• Good communication & presentation skills.

• Responsible, diligent, detail-minded and willing to learn.
