1. Have the experience of customer development or customer resources in toy and teaching material industry. (we can provide training for related knowledge)
2. Work in local, responsible for the domestic customer development in toy area, contact and visit customers regularly
3. Strong enterprising spirit and sense of achievement, good communication and coordination ability. Being honest, diligent and hard-working.
4. The company has commission system, bonus will be counted from the anniversary order value after:
a. Succeed in contacting a customer
b. Collect the information of customer and cooperation with domestic assistant for sample development
c. Finally win an order from customer
Responsibilities:
1. Preliminary contact with customers and promote the products and service of the company to them.
2. Active communication, needs analysis, programming and contracting before customer made his decision to establish the business relation with the company
3. Comprehensive follow up with customer before orders, maintain the business relation and continually offer the best service to them
4. Collect the customer information and work with domestic assistant to develop samples, win orders from customer, and visit customer regularly if needed.

3. being active, optimistic, enthusiastic, hard-working, diligent. Good at communication, coordination and cooperation
4. precedence would be placed to one with high interest in sales job, willing to devote themselves to the sales and customer service
