Responsible for driving our retail concept through:
o Development and execution of in-store plan-o-grams, ensuring that floor plans are organized and communicated in a way that will allow them to be easily understood and executed at the store level
o Designing, building and implementing scalable store models
o Communicating with and understanding the local needs of local Chinese franchisee partners and consumers
o Understanding the relationship between effective visual merchandising and the resulting positive impact on sales.
-Requirements:
o Visual Merchandising or other relevant field experience
o Experience working with the following software a plus: 3D Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw，etc.
o Written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency
o Hard-working, self-motivated, strong attention to detail, strong communication skills
o Strong team player
o Strong willingness to learn and teach.
