We design and delivery quality adventure learning, environmental education and active overseas expeditions to the international schools of China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
We are looking for an experienced adventure program Sales + Marketing Specialist to head up our sales and marketing projects. Our sales team represents our company to our international school clients through school presentations, phone and email contact and both print and online marketing campaigns.
The Sales + Marketing Specialist should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and be comfortable giving presentations to school staff, student groups, and parent assemblies. This role will be based in our Shenzhen office but may require travel within Southeast Asia.
Compensation: Competitive package including generous base salary plus commission
Responsibilities:
Creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, online promotion, etc.
Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials, school visits and follow-up meetings
Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
Enter contact information and regularly update our CRM software database
Provide support to website, video and social media efforts
Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
Requirements:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus but not necessary)
Professional presentation and bearing, excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Negotiation skills and tact also help in this field
Major in Sales, Marketing or Advertising, experience in international school education, tourism or hospitality a bonus
Extensive knowledge of Web and social media.
Extensive experience in PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Corel photo and video software a bonus
Interest or experience in camps, outdoor education and environmental field study programs
Self-motivated and absolute result-driven team player
