Job Description

Elaborates high level business requirements and user stories to sufficient level for technical implementation.
Design and document work flow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the development effectiveness.
Collect, track and analyze business requirement and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the project team.
Work with the engineering team and architecture team to identify options (Clear Choices) and recommend solution to the best interest of the business.
Maintain sufficient detailed understanding of the projects to capture business requirements/high level design;
Participate in System Test and User Acceptance Test and make sure systems are tested thoroughly according to business requirements for project Implementation;
Define, develope and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, end-users’ test plans, and other QA assessments;
Working with eWM Engagement to conduct testing to meet project deadlines;


Requirements:

5+years experience in software BA functions
A solid knowledge of Enterprise Architecture;
A solid knowledge of RUP desirable;
Solid analytical skills in gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying,
Proven track record in implementing IT systems in large scale evaluating and proposing solutions;
Experience in the areas of investment, wealth management, asset management and/or private banking would be an added advantage;
Strong communications skills in both written and verbal in English;
Experience of Agile/SCRUM software development methodology an advantage.
