Candidate requirements:
-fluency in English (written and oral)
-excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
-experience in the preparation of planning applications and construction drawing packages
-detailing skills
-strong 3D visualisation skills
-excellent communication skills
-experience in residential projects
SMs are accountable for ensuring personal and hotel quotas and goals are met and to ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel’s success.
This position requires some degree of independent judgment and discretion on decision making.
