– The Outlet Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet”s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications :
– University Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management specialising in Food and Beverage Management
– Excellent Communication and Guest Relations Skills
– Excellent Customer Service and Food and Beverage service skills
– Excellent bar knowledge and skills
– Well updated on latest bar “scene”, innovations including cocktails
– Familiar with wine styles, grape varieties and other beverage items
– Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Micros
– Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
– Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
– Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or 4 years as Assistant Outlet Manager in a hotel or large entertainment centre with good standards
– Essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry
– Good knowledge on Club Security handling and Management
– Good knowledge on controlling beverage cost, shrinkages and maximising revenue
– Ability to propose ideas with special promotions to generate revenue
