| We have an exciting challenge for a Recruitment Advisor to join our on-site team...We have an exciting challenge for a Recruitment Advisor to join our on-site team based in Shenzhen, China – as a Recruitment Advisor you will be fully embedded onsite with our Semiconductor client, taking ownership and responsibility for driving the day-to-day recruitment process – the key focus of this role will be to ensure that candidates you are delivering are of the best quality and fit for the client’s business.
You will own and have responsibility for driving recruitment projects to ensure the operational recruitment always exceeds our defined KPIs.
Desired Skills and Experience
You will have recruitment expertise across the hiring process including project planning, taking a brief, selecting, interviewing and on-boarding.
In addition to this:
– Previous end to end recruitment experience.
– Stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to directly source candidates for specialist roles.
– Fluent in English and Mandarin
– Experience within technical / search recruitment (preferable)
– Semiconductor experience (preferable but not expected)
