By achieving this, the Recovery Manager must set a good environmental example in the local community where we operate and present IKEA as a low cost company.
Recovery Manager is in charge of driving the recovery process to work with commercial managers to prevent damaged goods in the country and to manage the goods recycling effective and efficiently in different recovery area, as well as waste management. Recovery manager is also responsible for the product quality process in the store.
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
– Experience of working in Retail, 1-2 years management experience;
– Experience of serving customers, experience working with KPI-driven action plan;
– Basic English communication skill
– sales experience and knowledge of IKEA merchandising techniques is preffered;
– Decision-making and problem-solving abilities with the drive to make things happen. Ability to prioritise and organise work. Takes responsibility and can delegate when necessary.
