o Understands and identifies process hazards, control measures,and the environmental impact.
o Recommend improvements to process and/or equipment to improve equipment robustness
o Be the expert in diagnosing and repairing problems, identify weak links and solutions in machinery.
· Designing, purchasing, installing, validation and supporting equipment used to manufacture products that are the highest quality in their class
· Project management and execution
o Develops, manages, and maintains coordination of project schedule from start to finish
o Identifies and coordinates resources and mentors associates to improve skills
o Evaluates integration requirements
o Works with purchasing to maintain equipment and supplier agreements
o Understands financial impact of projects and processes.Develops financial analyses and uses tools to drive good business decisions
· Understands the business needs and develops plans to meet quality,cost, volume requirements and other long term strategies. Drive development of functional specifications for processes and equipment,Deliver a usable system with complete documentation.
· Working closely with colleagues in achieving the collective goals,e.g. other process engineers, production, quality and R&D associates.
· Maintains awareness of emerging technologies and trends.
Qualifications
· B.S. or above Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Electrical mechanical Engineering or Automation Control areas.
· Demonstrated hands-on capability in machines, including PLC programming, electrical installation and commissioning, stays focusing on the technologies, machine safety practices, and engineering fundamentals and capability of using it in work.
· 6+ years’ directly applicable experience in PLC programming, HMI
interface programming, AC Drives and control and CAD drawing.
·Nice oral English ability
