Develop a systematic and replicable approach for expansion
Develop systems for managing regional and country business units
Execute with speed and precision on expansion plans
Continuous measurement and improvement of systems and processes
Requirements
Experience with managing global teams across different geographies
Experience with managing global businesses
Relentless attitude for problem solving and getting things done
Ability to navigate global regulatory and legal issues
The creativity and flexibility to grow businesses from scratch
Degree from top school and experience relevant top tier company/startup preferred
Identify OnePlus’ strengths and risk tolerance on a country by country basis
Multilingual proficiency preferred (any major language)
