We are seeking an English speaking Executive Assistant to CEO to work in its Shenzhen office office immediately.
Responsibilities and Benefits:
Liaise both with international clients and domestic offices and coordinate with different teams within the company
Draft proposals, contracts and documents following meeting discussions for review.
Copy edit and proofread business and PR documents in English
Oral and written translation during business meetings
Salary starts at 5,000 RMB plus based on qualification and experiences
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, two years of related working experiences
Proficient with EXCEL, WORD, PPT and other office software
Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Able to work in team environment
Cross-cultural sensitivity
Fluent in both Chinese and English
