We're searching for a very special social- and community-savvy individual to help us grow our audience on our social media channels. Your role would be to bring OPPO’s voice to new channels and at the same time interact more directly with our existing fanbase.

You will need to be highly detail-oriented, have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of how to leverage learnings from metrics to drive brand growth to help OPPO become a well-known brand worldwide.

The Social Media team at OPPO works together with designers and other marketing teams inside the company to plan and create new content for our fans as well as develop new strategies on how to reach a broader audience of Ofans while engaging in friendly conversations with them.

Responsibilities include:
· Develop and identify best practices across social media channels to achieve growth
· Plan promotions both on our social media channels and together with other media
· Provide day-to-day management and oversight of social media channels
· Proactively interact with OPPO’s online communities across all major platforms
· Report metrics and insights regularly to our team and other leaders inside the company
· Develop newsletter, contest and other online promotional strategies to achieve audience growth

Requirements include:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Fluency in English, preferably multilingual
· Top-notch communication skills and experience writing for the web; familiarity with addressing a tech-savvy audience is ideal
· Flexible, adaptive thinker with great aptitude, intelligence, creativity, temperament and drive who can quickly get up to speed on new ideas, fill in the gaps and execute
· Excellent time management skills, self-motivation and ability
· Ability to work under pressure and work with deadlines
· Proven track record of building audience at other brands
· Familiarity with online publishing and media is a must
· You have to be passionate about OPPO and the smartphone industry
· This job is located in Shenzhen, China
