Overseas Key Account (Low Voltage Electrical) Sales Manager

TZ’s main products are low-voltage distribution and industrial control appliances, intelligent meters, power appliances, frequency converters, high-voltage appliances and industrial electrical products (building electrical appliances mainly). We provide high-quality low-voltage electrical products and solutions for power, communications, new energy, industrial & civil construction, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing and other industries.
Office: Kangqiao, Pudong, Shanghai.
Job responsibilities:
1. to develop overseas low-voltage electrical market agents and big customers;
2. to complete the company's annual sales plans and tasks, to formulate, participate in or assist in the implementation of relevant policies and regulations;
3. to feedback customer needs, collect market information, and to actively promote the company and products, develop new sales direction;
4. to handle and solve the business in charge independently, including business negotiation, visiting and receiving customers, recording and analyzing related business;
5. be responsible for agent cultivation, assisting customers in brand marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualifications and Experiences:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or related;
2. More than 3 years of international sales experience in low-voltage electrical appliances, have excellent sales performance;
3. Proficient in English, very good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. If you can speak some minority languages, will be a big plus.
4. Can speak daily Chinese – it’s a must. Chinese reading and writing ability will be a big advantage but not must.
5. Familiar with local (the area or country you will be responsible for) market conditions and practices, have successful experience in local visiting business development;
6. With experience in brand promotion and dealer development is preferred;
7. Familiar with trade process and relevant laws and regulations, familiar with trade terms, logistics, customs clearance and tax knowledge;
8. Strong ability of market analysis, marketing and promotion, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure.
9. Now in China, and can work in Shanghai.

Salary and Benefit:
1. basic salary (basic salary + monthly allowance (meal allowance/telephone allowance/transportation allowance/rental allowance)) + bonus (monthly/quarterly/annual), but no minimum guarantee bonus, it depends on your sales performance;
