1. We offer our teachers:
• Monthly income: 22,000 - 26,000 RMB
• Flight: One way to China.
• TEFL Reimbursement: 4000 RMB (receive at the first month payment)
OR Free TEFL course provided.
• Relocation bonus: 9500 RMB (receive at the first month payment).
• Demo class, performance bonus upto 4000 RMB per month.
• Insurance: Basic Chinese health insurance, Dental insurance of 2000 RMB.
• Public holidays off
2. What is your job?
• You will be teaching students from 3 to 12 years old.
• The class size is very small, around 10 - 14 students per class.
• Depending on the student age, class length is 40 to 60 minutes.
• You will be working for 36 hours per week .
• There is one teaching assistant in your class.
• Initial training: This is separate to your months’ salary, you get a ‘Training payment’ for the 10 days before you start your ‘official’ paid days of working which begin once you finish training. You will receive 10 – 14 hotel paid days initial training in Beijing (training is paid based on performance).
3. Who are we looking for?
• Native English Speakers
• Have a Bachelor Degree at least
• Have TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA
