Basic info :
6 working days per week (don’t worry, we paid more,also it’s negotiable)
Maximum 24 teaching hours per week plus 6 office hours (just 5 hours/day)
Kids Ages: 3 -12 y/o (mainly 3- 8 y/o)
Class size: 6 - 8 students
Solid lesson plans and training curriculum
Irregular working hours (mostly 4:30pm - 8:30pm)
Working with an assistant speaking both English and Chinese.
Salary and Benefits:
For ESL Teacher : 20,000 RMB -- 30,000RMB monthly based on qualifications
For Head Teacher : 30,000 RMB -- 40,000RMB monthly based on qualifications
--7 days paid annual leave plus 5000RMB as flight reimbursement at the completion of one year contract.
--11 days national holidays plus one day for Christmas plus both 5 days for marital leave and bereavement leave
--Paid and sponsored work visa
--Arrival assistance ( Airport pick-up and apartment search)
--Around 7 nights hotel accommodation upon arrival (subject to how long you find your apartment)

--Bonus and rewards : 100RMB for each kid recruited by the teacher
Desired Skills and Experience:
--Bachelor's degree (come to speak with us if you don’t have this).
--TEFL or TESOL preferred (come to speak with us if you don’t have this).
--Loving kids and teaching.
--One years or more teaching experience will be preferred.
