Our client is a German medium-sized and family-owned company with a WFOE subsidiary in the Shanghai area. Its strengths are the development and production of customer-specific magnetic systems and mechatronic/electronic devices.
Activities
• To handle and process new customer project requests
• To carry out feasibility studies
• To draw up calculations of new customer project requests (internal investments, prices etc.)
• To perform project management according to requirements of ISO TS 16949
• To keep constant customer contact
• To create cost-efficient and technically optimized production sequences/simultaneous engineering together with the internal development department and the customer
• To compile the process-FMEA and to take an active part in it as needed
• To contribute in the quality planning and in the preparation of system documentation
Requirements
• Qualification as an engineer or technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineerung or plastics industry
• Several years of work experience in project management ideally in the automotive supply industry
• Good knowledge in the field of quality management with regard to the automotive industry (ISO TS16949, VDA and other standards)
• Experience with work studies (REFA, MTM)
• Structured operating principles
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good command of English
• Willingness to travel nationally and sometimes also internationally
