JOB DESCRIPTION
Internal Company/Center:
1.Select online ESL curriculums for children 5-12 years. Work with vendors or internal team to develop lesson plans and contents based on agreed pedagogy.
2.Set up recruitment standards for ESL teachers. Develop teaching and performance evaluation criteria and process.
3.Provide ongoing training to teachers.
4.Leverage technology to improve teaching content.
5.Design various reports and scorecards for students, parents and teachers.
6.Conduct demo class.
7.Support on marketing and other activities.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree, major in pedagogy, psychology, English or relevant fields.
Native English speaker.
Qualified teacher.
3 years English teaching experience for young children, with at least 1 year team management experience.
Able to take initiative & act with a sense of urgency & integrity.
Good organization & time management skills.
Strong leadership skills, especially in a startup environment.
Strong team player.
