WildChina is the leading, innovative travel company based in Beijing that brings
international travelers to all parts of China. We are looking for a professional writer to help create a new voice for our website and travel materials. From wet markets in
Kashgar, Xinjiang, to monster skyscrapers in Shanghai, our travel materials cover off-the-beaten path destinations, our WildChina story, the WildChina brochure, and basic pre-trip information.
We are looking for a fast-working writer with a fun, fresh style that reflects the trend-setting nature of WildChina and our journeys. WildChina will supply the content and information, you supply the sass.
We would like our new tone to:
• Engage the reader directly with creative, colorful language. Polished, but not too formal.
• Transport the reader to our select travel destinations by capturing the wonder and realities of travel and cultural immersion.
• Offer up-to-date information, gained from insider, on-the-ground access.
• Reveal WildChina’s commitment to socially responsible travel without being patronizing.
Details
Writers will be paid per piece.
A minimum commitment of 12 pieces is required (1 piece, every week for a period of 3 months), with opportunity to write more.
