Key Responsibilities：
1. Teaching and implementing public speech courses for “one on one” or small-sized class;
2. Designing personalized courses for students according to their different levels and purposes;
3. Adjusting study schedule and teaching methods in a timely manner in response to the students’ knowledge-acquiring situation, ensuring students to achieve the desired results;
4. Correcting students’ homework;
5. Attending activities in cooperation with marketing department
Key Requirements：
1. American or British national;
2. Rich experience in speech teaching / training, with unique teaching style;
3. Strong speaking skills, approachable and passionate;
4. The ability to design teaching materials, prepare lessons and courseware based on requirements;
5. Previous teaching and training experience, devoted to education;
6. Speech contest attending experience preferred.
