You need to have solid FF&E design background either from school or from actually working as an FF&E designer; ample knowledge of design furniture/lighting/rugs/ornament brands worldwide; superb aesthetics and proper design theories; design school graduates without working experiences are welcome. yearly salary can vary from 100,000RMB to 500,000RMB depending on your experiences; on top of that there's year-end bonus and possible commission from big contracts or self-developed clients case by case.
