Today, we are one of China’s most established schools, with operations in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengde. This comes with all the advantages of an established brand, including a customer base and proven track-record. Even though we are now five years less young, we are still growing quickly and are very dynamic, but also small enough for a friendly and personal work environment.
To grow a little bit more, we are looking for a young, motivated and dynamic China enthusiast to join LTL Mandarin School in Beijing as a Sales Rep/Student Advisor.
Who you should be
- A foreign national who knows what it is like to come to a country as different as China, the challenges that come with settling into the culture and learning the language
- A native or near native level English speaker
- Any other languages, especially French, Russian, Italian or German, are an asset
- A good communicator, team player and highly motivated (over time can happen for this position)
- A sociable person who gets on well with our students and enjoys showing China and explain learning Chinese to them
- Previous sales experience is a great asset, but do not hesitate to apply if you are currently studying Chinese or teaching English
- HSK 3 or better Chinese skills
What you will do
- Sell our programs to customers who contacted us via email or our website.
- Issue invoices and document communication
- Co-ordinate the program organization with the rest of the team
- Support students once they are in Beijing
- Participate and organize social events for students in Beijing
- Support marketing activities
