JOD DUTIES

1. Perfection of Our Procedures. At this site, there are a few important manuals and dozens of forms, procedures and standards. I want the position holder to help drive the
entire team to stick to all these procedures, so that we can enhance our efficiency and effectiveness. If the procedures are not yet perfect, please lead us to improve them together.

2. Perfection of Site Physicality. Please make sure all physical matters are in the right order. If the decoration is no good, improve it. If there is a lacking of a cup, get one to compensate.
Physical matters are things accessible to your five senses. I want the position holder to make this site a hotel standard of four stars or better in the long-run

3. Recruitment of Colleagues (Experienced Headhunters). I want the position holder to help hire for new colleagues

4. Participation of Headhunting Activities (volunteering/preparation for another possible
great career path). The position holder might want to help a whole new career window and wish to be a great professional headhunter one day. I will let the position holder some trial opportunities. They will not form part of the formal job description. But if the position holder can make some spare time each day after fully satisfying the above three items, I will expose him/her to helping out others on some actual headhunting activities.


REQUIREMENTS
(A) Tidy and Well-Organized. The position holder will be given hundreds of resources to manage and cherish. They need to be categorised, organised and kept in great shape and formation. Otherwise, the resources will be reduced or sometimes stopped.
(B) Solutions Provider. There are hundreds of small tiny unforeseeable problems surrounding this site on a yearly basis. Many would require workable and creative solutions to deal with.
(C) Exceeding Yourself. The position holder should not treat himself/herself like a machine, which only knows how to repeat but not to exceed. You should be able to deal with new and challenging tasks, which were not done yesterday.
(D) A Team Person. The position holder should constantly feedback and work with the team to enable a better working environment for the team. The current team is a diverse and international one. Basic English capability is necessary. The attitude to listen and communicate is a must.
