Established in 2010, The Camel Hospitality Group http://www.camelhospitality.com (CHG) is an Australian-owned-and-managed food and beverage company which owns and operates 12 restaurants and bars in the Shanghai area.
Headquartered in the heart of Shanghai's former French Concession, the Camel Hospitality Group's head office oversees and manages the operations of all CHG venues; it has emerged in six short years as one of Shanghai's fastest growing food and beverage providers, owning and operating some of Shanghai's most highly regarded bars and restaurants.
The CHG is currently seeking a Graphic Designer / Social Media Marketing executive to join our team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing design concepts according to project brief, then finishing design project independently
Working on ongoing design assignments for our venues
Assisting venue Managers in various design projects
Playing a supporting role in developing the company’s venues visual identities
Assisting in revamping the company’s website
Liaising with print and digital partners
Qualifications
Excellent command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital design software
Knowledge of prepress & production processes, comfortable in both Mac and PC environments
Demonstrates strong creativity in many aspects of design, including digital (website)
Have clean publication design skills and a good understanding of typography, color, composition
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently
Has an eye for detail, and appreciates the big picture
Takes initiative and shows a passion for design excellence
Speaks fluent Mandarin and basic English
Capable of working under pressure
1-3 years’ work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
Previous professional experience in the PR/marketing or design industry is an advantage
