We are now looking for a new sales person and assistant to GM in order to help us develop the company in and out of Shanghai.
Duties include
Helping GM with translation and interpreting during meetings and activities of the company. Translating documents from French or English to Chinese
Handling sales in the showroom and during fairs and exhibitions
Liaising with suppliers, partners, accountant and service providers
Making sure that everything is done on time, keep a clear team and company agenda
Preparing communication material and press releases
Helping with the organisation of events
Answering calls, handling queries
Helping with office organisation
Sales
Helping with sales to private and professional clients
Developing new clients database and developing B to B business (interior designers, organise conferences, events with partners…)
Skills
Good sales person
Good presentation and educational background
Very organised
Familiar with arts – Gallery experience appreciated
Excellent English or French skills
Able to work overtime and on weekends
Result oriented
Word, Excel required. Photoshop and illustrator knowledge appreciated.
