Follow up efficiently and independently thru all the requests by customers by providing prompt reply on phone or in emails
Ensure customers understand the usage of operations system by giving clear guidance and assistance
Assist in daily reporting, and report to superior
Take orders from superior and finish tasks given on time
5 working days, from 9am to 7 pm. Working Period from May to July 2016
Requirement:
Fluent in Mandarin
Fluent in English (will consider as Chinese CSR if English does not meet the required standards)
Good communication skills
Good computer and MS office knowledge, typing skills
2-3 years’ customer services experience preferable
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks: analysis, judgments and planning
Customer focus and service oriented
Serious, efficient, flexibility and team-work
