Duties:
ž Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email or live chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with set service standards
ž Follow up efficiently and independently thru all the requests by customers by providing prompt reply on phone or in emails
ž Ensure customers understand the usage of operations system by giving clear guidance and assistance
ž Assist in daily reporting, and report to superior
ž Take orders from superior and finish tasks given on time
ž 5 working days, from 9am to 7 pm. Working Period from May to July 2016

Requirement:
ž Fluent in Mandarin
ž Fluent in English (will consider as Chinese CSR if English does not meet the required standards)
ž Good communication skills
ž Good computer and MS office knowledge, typing skills
ž 2-3 years’ customer services experience preferable
ž Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks: analysis, judgments and planning
ž Customer focus and service oriented
ž Serious, efficient, flexibility and team-work
