Openhunt is an innovative digital recruitment company recently launched about 2 years ago in China. We aim at becoming a leader of recruitment 4.0. We are developing new ways to recruit withwww.openhunt.com and soon the APP: WePitch. Openhunt’s clients are companies of all sizes and backgrounds, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We propose innovative recruitments solution in both candidate sourcing and screening.
This is a foreign start-up. It means that the ideal profile is an open minded person, with fluent English and an ability to outperform in various tasks. You should expect a real ‘start-up environment’.
Openhunt is not looking for a very experienced person, but preferably someone with a very good energy, hardworking, result oriented, eager to learn and grow as high as the company can get.
Mission:
Learn and fully utilize CRM (Salesforce) to update and coordinate sales activities
Acquire leads from all available channels: database, Social platforms, professional & networking Events
Make contact through phone or mail and builds relationships/ networks with prospective clients with the primary focus on lead generation
Obtain meetings or phone inquiries and follow up until contract signature
Ensure the wellbeing of acquired projects and enforce company’s processes
Ensure client satisfaction and solve issues between project teams and clients.
Participate in Marketing efforts for both the service and platforms
About you:
Are positive, energetic, self-motivated and relentlessly driven to succeed
Love selling over the phone
Possess strong networking and relationship-building skills
Have a high degree of integrity
Gain a sense of pride in doing a good job
You have basics in copywriting/ digital design and understand what sounds/looks good
You are fluent in English
This is a paid internship/job which can lead to a full time job and later management responsibilities.
Commission/bonus on top of monthly salary
